Is return or exchange possible?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Items with wear, dirt, or any custom alterations (e.g., hemming) are not eligible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service team promptly. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer available.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

What is the difference between raw and one wash denim?
Raw denim is unwashed and often starched for a crisp texture. We recommend soaking raw denim before wearing. One wash denim is pre-washed and ready to wear.
How do I care for my denim?
Turn jeans inside out and wash with a denim-specific detergent. After washing, remove excess water, smooth out wrinkles, and hang dry in the shade. Using S-hooks and hanging jeans in a cylindrical shape can help minimize creases.
When should I wash my denim?
Washing frequency affects fading. Regular washing prevents fabric damage caused by dirt or sweat buildup. Use a denim-specific detergent to reduce color loss.
