Repair Warranty Details
Our repair services include options for both a Free Warranty and a Paid Warranty based on the type of repair required.
Free Repairs
We cover the following repairs free of charge:
Stitching repairs for broken threads
Replacement of broken buttons and zippers
Rivet repairs
Hem adjustments
Paid Repairs
For more extensive repairs, we offer a paid service, which includes:
Fabric wear repairs (e.g., inner thigh, knee area)

Before Requesting Repairs
Locate Your Certificate of Guarantee
Please have the Certificate of Guarantee that came with your purchase. Without this certificate, free repairs may not be eligible and will be charged.
Wash and Prepare Your Denim
Ensure your jeans are freshly washed and completely dry before sending them in for repair. Unwashed items may lead to machine damage or unsatisfactory results, and overly strong detergents or fabric softeners should be avoided as they may transfer odors to our workshop. For hygiene and quality reasons, unwashed or unclean items may be declined.

Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when sending items to us. We’ll cover the return shipping fees for eligible free repairs.
Free Repairs
Return shipping is provided as cash on delivery (COD) after repairs.
Paid Repairs
A total fee, including repair costs, a return shipping fee, and a COD fee, will be billed upon return.
Repair Process
To initiate a repair request:
Submit Photos
Fill out our repair request form and attach at least three clear photos of the areas needing repair. Please mark the locations to aid our repair team in assessing the work required.
Wait for Approval
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm eligibility and provide a link to book your repair. Approved requests will proceed to the next steps.
Shipping Your Denim
After confirmation, ship your denim to the provided address. Be sure to include the required items listed above.
Repair Delivery Time
Repair times vary based on the complexity and volume of requests, so we encourage you to check on expected lead times in advance. Repairs are handled in the order received, from minor stitch repairs to more extensive fabric restorations.
