Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
Global Shipping: We ship worldwide to all reachable destinations, but please note that delivery services may be unavailable in certain countries due to geopolitical restrictions or limited courier services.
Shipping Exclusions: Currently, we are unable to ship to specific regions, including Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $1000 USD or more qualify for free international shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: A flat-rate shipping fee of $35 USD will apply to orders under $1000 USD.
Stacking Option for Small Orders: For orders under $1000 USD, we offer a "Stacking" option. This allows you to combine multiple smaller purchases over a 90-day period. Once the combined total reaches $1000 USD, we’ll ship the items at no cost. Please note that if stacked items are held for longer than 30 days and later returned, they may be eligible for store credit only.
Processing and Delivery Time
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon payment approval. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Western USA & Canada: 2-3 business days
Asia: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-3 business days
Australasia & Middle East: 4-7 business days
Please be aware that customs processing may impact delivery times, particularly for international destinations.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Customer Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, and other applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Return Documentation for International Orders: If you are returning an item, please label it as a "Returned Item" with a declared value of $30 USD or less to avoid duplicate customs charges. Unpaid customs fees may result in the package being abandoned and forfeiting any eligible refund.
Secure Delivery
Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of our products, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You may waive this requirement, but please note that this is at your own risk. If you waive the signature and the package is lost, we are not liable for replacement.
Tracking Information
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. Our primary couriers include DHL and FedEx, but we may use other services as needed for your location.
